Mike is a seasoned golf veteran with over 19 years of operational experience in golf facility management in the US and Australia. He has had several roles as General Manager and Area Manager with two of the largest international golf management companies - American Golf Corporation and ClubCorp. Mike has the depth of practical experience from years of hiring various departmental and senior level managers for several properties that he has managed. Mike's expertise are in the area of golf operations, t-sheet management, player development, retail, membership, and sales and marketing.

John is an Economics graduate (University of Sydney) and a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) who has had over 20 years operational experience in the club industry as a CEO and consultant. He has extensive business experience as a former director and senior administrator of public listed companies and has operated at senior management level in various industries for over three decades. John has considerable expertise in the areas of executive recruitment, business development, feasibility studies, research and financial assessment.
