‘Authentic Paradise Destination’ Appoints Performance54

POSTED ON September 22, 2018 @ 9:00 am

Performance54 has announced a new strategic marketing partnership with Laguna Lăng Cô in Hue, Central Vietnam.

Home to a Faldo Design championship course, the five-star destination has established itself as one of the region’s most distinguished experiences, blending world-class golf, leisure activities, hospitality and accommodation with an unrivalled location.

“It is rare you find such a pristine stretch of coastline that has all the attributes ready made to create such an eye-catching destination,” said Jed Moore, Managing Director, Performance54, a Full Business Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.

He added: “We are excited to work on such an authentic paradise destination with luxury residences: Banyan Tree Residences Lăng Cô and Angsana Residences Lăng Cô. With its historically-significant location, outdoor activities and all-round experience, Laguna Lăng Cô has all the ingredients to attract more visitors to Vietnam and keep them coming back for more.”

Located in Thua Thien Hue Province, home to the imperial city of Hue, Laguna Lăng Cô is less than an hour from Danang International Airport. The private paradise is host to the Faldo Series Asia Grand Final and has built a reputation among discerning leisure and golf travellers as the finest property Vietnam has to offer.

As a growing number of guests turn their attention to Vietnam as the world’s fastest growing golf travel destination, the resort has set its sights on heightening international recognition.

“We are delighted to welcome Performance54 on board,” said Adam Calver, Director of Golf Laguna Lăng Cô. “We look forward to working with such a dynamic team, who can draw on not only their impressive international expertise but also their experience in Vietnam. We have worked hard to create a boutique experience and provide our guests with a true concierge service. This has set us apart in recent times and will allow us to grow our inbound traveller volumes in the years to come.”

The partnership will see Performance54’s Asian-based and international teams collaborate to create a golf and destination sales and marketing programme that drives awareness in key feeder markets, providing the trade new activation tools and engaging content that will showcase the strength of experience and appeal of this premier experience.

“Laguna Lăng Cô stands shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the world’s very best destinations,” said Moore. “Our job will be to increase the awareness and appreciation of this quality on offer and inspire consumers to turn their golf holiday interests to Lăng Cô.”
