As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be charged with delivering to our residents, members, guests and public patrons a welcoming and friendly venue experience. You will exhibit exemplary customer service and leadership qualities, ensuring your team enjoys a approachable and positive working environment, where an ethos of productivity and job satisfaction go hand in hand.
Responsible for supporting the daily delivery of clubhouse operations, you will help manage a small team of casual staff. You will be well supported by our Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant Supervisor and the wider executive team.
Some of the role’s core expectations include;
- Uphold the club’s operational plan, procedures and policies and maintain effective day to day running of the F&B operations
- Take the lead regarding member, resident and visitor needs or requests
- Daily cost control monitoring and stock management
- Train and mentor junior staff
