SEEKING: Gardener/Turf Tradesperson – Spring Valley Golf Club

An exciting opportunity now exists for someone looking to fulfil the full-time combined role of Gardener/ Turf Maintenance employee at Spring Valley Golf Club.

Reporting to the Course Superintendent your primary focus will be to maintain the Clubhouse gardens and entrance in pristine condition as well as assist in maintenance of the golf course. A flexible approach to working between the golf course and gardens will be required.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Certificate 3 in Horticulture
  • A passion for gardening to a high standard
  • An interest in native vegetation
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Current drivers licence

 
Weekend and public holiday work as part of a rotating roster, as well as seasonal overtime, is required in this role.
