The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has recently announced the construction of a new 120 bed resort to be located onsite at the Golf Course. The resort will also include a day spa, function rooms, a restaurant and outdoor decking areas with expansive views over the golf course. The City is now looking for a dynamic and driven leader who has experience in either the recreation, leisure or hospitality industries and a strong marketing background. You are proactive and can foster and develop highly effective teams and a customer orientated work place.
This position is accountable for all facets of golf operations, restaurant, bar and functions. You will strive for ongoing improvement through industry benchmarking, and will challenge the status quo, by leading the way in innovation and best practice. A desire to achieve excellent results, along with a demonstrated track record of success in a similar management role will be highly regarded.
