SEEKING: Graphic Designer – Moore Park Golf

We operate Moore Park Golf and Centennial Parklands Sports Centre of behalf of the Centennial Parklands and Moore Park Trust and are currently seeking a Graphic designer to join the team based at Moore Park in Sydney

This role will design, create and produce brand and marketing collateral for use across multiple communication channels for both Moore Park Golf and Centennial Parklands Sports Centre. In addition to these design tasks the successful applicants will also have the opportunity to be involved in the implementation of results focussed marketing, campaign management and events held across the both sites. More than just a desk job this role will be immersed in the business and work closely with the General Managers on the strategic marketing plans and vision for both sites.

Reporting to the General Manager the Graphic designer responsibilities will include:

  • Translating positioning strategy and consumer insights into compelling sharp and effective graphic design
  • Producing marketing collateral for use via various channels, including online, print, social media, email/CRM, big screen and mobile apps
  • Brand guardianship
  • Managing a range of websites and social media channels
  • The use of digital CRM platforms to increase, monitor and recommend modifications to drive engagement
  • Fostering positive relationships with external clients, colleagues and team members
  • Coordination of events and promotional opportunities
  • Market research management and review

 
Successful candidates will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Graphic design, marketing or related field
  • A proactive, innovative, outcome focussed approach, bringing energy into the workplace
  • Excellent communication, time management  and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of the online digital space and emerging technology
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with video and/or digital media
  • Excellent client service and account management skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant practical experience
  • Sport / Leisure / Tourism industry knowledge preferred
  • Email, Social media marketing experience
