The Lakes Golf Club is looking to recruit a Trainee Manager to assist in delivering the day to day operations of the Club. This is a newly created role, designed to enhance the Member and guest experience within the Club.
About The Lakes Golf Club
The Lakes is one of Australia’s premier private golf clubs and the host of the 2018 Australian Open Championship. Our team of 60 staff are highly professional, positive, service orientated and talented.
The Trainee Manager role is to provide hands-on support across all departments within the club, and will work within two to four departments each week. The successful applicant will possess a positive attitude, a superior approach to service, and outstanding communication skills.
The role is ideally suited to an individual who has career aspirations within the golf industry, and is willing to develop their skills on the front line.
The right applicant will have a strong work ethic, be committed to ongoing incremental improvement, and genuine leadership potential.
The successful applicant will preferably possess:
- A Bachelor Degree (or currently studying).
- Exceptional communication, customer service and leadership skills.
- Be passionate about the game of golf.
