On the 3rd of December (International Day of People with a Disability), Tom Hughson, WA Representative for Empower Golf Australia, will attempt to ride a recumbent handcycle (a piece of adaptive equipment that relies 100% upper body strength for propulsion) 90 km between the golf courses which currently support Empower Golf around Perth.
