$180m Rutherford subdivision under threat

DEVELOPER Jeff McCloy says back zoning by Maitland City Council planners is threatening to wipe out the $180 million Heritage Green subdivision planned for Rutherford. Mr McCloy and fellow developer Hilton Grugeon both criticised the council's planning department yesterday, saying Heritage Green and other planned back zonings meant the council was in danger of losing its can-do tag.
