CRANBOURNE'S Amstel Park golf course will be developed for housing.
The prime 48-hectare property, a kilometre from the Cranbourne shopping centre, is expected to provide up to 600 lots for housing.
Club secretary-manager Peter Craig said the course would remain fully operational until at least 2015.
