The 2012 Clubs Vic Achievement Awards were held on Sunday night at The Grand Hyatt Ballroom. And it was a sensational night for The Eastern Golf Club!!!
WINNER – Metropolitan Club of the Year
For outstanding overall club operations including community support, member services, promotion of positive club culture and environment, staff professionalism and service and future initiatives/strategies for the Club.
WINNER – Member Services Award
For overall services provided to members in a personalised, friendly and innovative way. With a continuous view of always going above and beyond for members, and recognising the ‘little things’ members of a club want and feel a sense of belonging to.
WINNER – Customer Services Award
For outstanding attention to detail, friendly staff, and a welcoming ‘home’ environment for all member and guest to enjoy.
