DEVELOPERS of the former Geelong golf course site claim work could start by the end of this year after receiving 100 expressions of interest from would-be residents. Links Living spokesman Stephen Head said recent publicity for the development had created a lot of interest from would-be residents keen to live around the proposed nine-hole golf course.
