THE Momi Bay Development cost three times more than the $82.5million, the initial budget, but was still incomplete.
With the Fiji National Provident Fund pouring $75million, the Unit Trust of Fiji $12.5m, the Fiji Development Bank $23m and Bridgecorp $140m, totalling some $250m, the project should have been completed.
