Shortland Waters on development course

 

ALMOST two years after club members voted unanimously in its favour, a development application has been lodged to Newcastle City Council for the multimillion-dollar development of Shortland Waters Golf Course.
Wollongong-based company Chamber Developments plans to build 245 villas and apartments, a low- and high-care centre and community centre on the course.
