THE Luxury Yacht Club Villas on Hamilton Island have attracted a lot of attention from investors and homebuyers since the development was completed in January this year. Twenty-nine of the villas have been sold in the past eight months which gives property general manager Noel Lucas-Martinez an impressive strike-rate.
