Golf Industry Central specialises in the recruitment of management positions in the golf industry throughout Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia. Our consultants have decades of club and golf management experience in recruiting a varied list of positions- from supervisor and departmental manager up to General Manager, Financial Controller, and CEO.

Dependent on your particular requirements, our process will encompass some or all of the recruitment steps needed by your facility- from client briefing, marketing, contract negotiations, employment contracts and even transitional training for the new candidate.

Once we receive a full briefing from you on your facility's particular requirements, a "flat fee" proposal will be sent outlining the services to be provided and a timeline on all activities to be undertaken. It's important to us to be transparent during the entire process and to most importantly stay neutral when it comes time for contract negotiation.

We do all the work to facilitate finding you not just the best but more importantly the "right" candidate available. In the case that a chosen candidate does not work out we also offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. *(terms and conditions apply)

Basic recruitment services now available:

Marketing only- Compilation of job ad, 30-day ads placed on several industry relevant sites including SEEK.com, plus a full ad on Golf Industry Central website and in two newsletters. All applications sent directly to you for your review and processing.     Price: $750 plus GST

Marketing and culling- All of the above, but all applications are sent to us for review and culling down to Top 5 candidates. We conduct initial contact of each of the candidates to gather further information. All information is then forwarded to you for actual hiring and interviewing. Our service will include notification to all applicants that were unsuccessful.   Price: $1750 plus GST
