Deaf golfers take on world with Taylormade – Adidas
The Australian teams to compete at next month’sWorld Deaf Golf Championships in Japan will have the support ofTaylormade – Adidas Golfwho are providing the team with equipment and apparel. Held from 8-12 October at Tsu Country Club in Mie,the biennial championships will feature around 100 golfers from 16 countries. Taylormade-Adidas Golf Managing Director (Pacific Area) Troy Swainston said the company was pleased to support the golfers at the international championships. Deaf Golf Australia National President and Team Manager Wendy Home said “this support enables us to proudly hold our heads up, dressed and outfitted as an Australian team.
