Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club is going through an exciting period of change with a renewed vigour in taking the club to greater heights. The Norman / Harrison-designed golf course is flourishing ever since the club took over the curating in 2018. We firmly believe our Top 100 ranking will be sub 50 in Australia for many years to come.

Duties & Responsibilities as prescribed by the Golf Operations Manager include but not limited to:

• Administer member competitions
• Manage social golf tee times whilst monitoring dress standards
• Supervise pace of play (as needed)
• Maintain the Golf Shop to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation
• Assist with Golf Operation duties
• Set up timesheets and Club competitions as required
• Any other tasks as deemed appropriate

This position is responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to maximise member and guest satisfaction. While golf and retail experience would be advantageous, a willingness to work and an enthusiastic attitude are equally important.

Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club is offering this role to PGA Associates in the PGA Membership Pathway Program and remuneration will be in line with Registered and Licensed Clubs Award and will include other benefits that will be discussed during the interview process.
