Golf Services

The Role Includes:

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting members and guests upon arrival with a warm Links welcome
• Engaging with guests at every opportunity to create lasting memories
• Clearly identifying guest experience priorities
• Assisting members and guests with their golf clubs on arrival
• Issuing guests with hire equipment (golf carts, clubs, pull cart etc.)
• General upkeep and cleaning within golf services area (washing carts, emptying bins etc.)
• Maintaining presentation standards of the driving range area
• Optimising the operation of the driving range
• Effectively managing pace of play on course
• Ensuring the rules and regulations of the golf course are adhered to maximise enjoyment while protecting the safety and wellbeing of members and guests

Refreshment Cart

The Role Includes:

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting members and guests, and assisting them with their food and beverage needs on course
• Engaging with guests at every opportunity to enhance their experience – create memories!
• Clearly identifying guest experience priorities
• Optimising the operation of the refreshment cart to maximise sales
• Basic upkeep and cleaning of the refreshment cart area (tidy stock fridge, emptying bins, stock cart etc.)
• Maintaining presentation standards of the refreshment cart
• Assess and report on pace of play
• Ensuring the rules and regulations of the golf course are adhered to maximise enjoyment while protecting the safety and wellbeing of members and guests

• Be available to work a flexible roster in line with a golf operation that functions from sun up to sundown seven days a week
• Reasonable level of physical fitness
• Basic POS and computer skills
• Have current RSA (Refreshment Cart only) and First Aid certificates
