SEEKING: Golf Administrator – Concord Golf club
Established 1899, Concord Golf club is the only group one private members golf club in the Inner West of Sydney. The Club has hosted a number of championship tournaments including the Australian PGA, NSW Open, ANZ Championship and Australian Women’s Open. The Golf Administrator provides administrative support to the Head Professional in the day to day running of all aspects of the Club’s Golf Operations.
As the successful candidate, you will need to be a well presented with strong interpersonal skills.
Duties will include:
- Managing Mi Club timesheets, competitions and back of house golf administration
- Provide administrative support to the Head Professional in the day to day running of all aspects of the Club’s golf
- Implement policies established by the General Manager, Match, Course and other Committee’s from time to time with respect to the management and administration of the Club’s golf operations and golf
- Assist with the management of all Club events and competitions for both men and women including interclub competitions.
- Liaise with all Club departments to ensure the smooth running of all corporate golf days, particularly in respect of the golf aspect of the
- Assist with the management of online timesheets for all competition fixtures as well as social play and corporate Manage multi round events ensuring computerised systems are collating the round results.
- Help maintain efficient and effective systems in the Golf department to ensure the delivery of a high level of customer service.
- Ensure the General Manager is fully informed of all matters relating to the administration of the Club’s golf
- Liaise with the Head Professional to ensure consistent and up to date information is provided to the pro shop.
- Assist in the preparation of the Club’s Golf Program.
- Attend Course & Match Committee meetings when requested.
