Arundel Hills Country Club (AHCC) boasts a Fred Bolton designed 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, renowned for its picturesque layout, carved out of established native Australian flora and fauna. Featuring a grand Heritage style clubhouse, tranquil lakes, and beautifully manicured gardens and grounds, AHCC plays host to nationally renowned country club facilities.
Centrally located on the Gold Coast just 65km from the Brisbane CBD, AHCC offers a suite of amenities including a well-stocked Golf Shop, driving range, elaborate locker rooms, meeting and functions rooms & an Al Fresco Restaurant & Bar.
Under New Ownership & Management since May 2016, over $400k of immediate capital improvements has been invested into the golf course and club operations, optimising our key assets and providing the incumbent with a premium facility to proudly call their own.
The Sales & Marketing Manager – International, will be charged with driving revenue streams across all aspects of our business, through the development of appropriate strategies, with a primary focus on golf related visitation to our club.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Generation of in-bound Asian (namely Chinese) golf player markets
- Proactively engage corporate business’s and seek commercial partnerships
- Conduct strategic and operational marketing activities
- Famil hosting of tour operator bookings
- Proactively seek and secure global reciprocal facility agreements
- Social and digital media engagement, showcasing facility attributes and events
- Accountability for company sales targets and business growth/retention strategies
- Regular attendance to networking functions and community / industry driven activities
- Owners liaison and site communication as required
Chinese bi-lingual skills, would be an advantage.
Remuneration will comprise a competitive base salary, commensurate to the incumbent’s experience.
