Parkwood International, Home of the Gold Coast Titans, is seeking various food & beverage stars to join our passionate team.

Over the past 6 months Parkwood International has undergone a 20 million dollar renovation and facilitie upgrade including a brand new high performance sports centre – home to the gold coast titans and a brand new health & wellbeing centre.

Additional to this existing facilities have been upgraded including our function and event centre which has three large private rooms, two wedding ceremony areas and many more small intimate bookable spaces.

At the centre of our property is the soon to be launch Marketplace, pizzeria, bar & grill. This new centerpiece has seating for over 300 guests and includes 7 separate dining areas, 6 brand new indoor golf simulators, a 360 deg service bar and Australia’s largest mini golf course.

We will need staff who are capable of working in all of our food & beverage areas and are looking to build a large team around some of the industry’s best hospitality leaders.

Key duties & responsibilities will vary from role to role but will mainly cover;

• Day to day operational success in all of our food & beverage operation
• Set up, delivery & pack down of functions & events
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through world class service
• Bar service, floor service and function & event service

 
Suitable staff must possess the following;

• At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in  fast passed multi-faceted Food & beverage operation
• Current R.S.A
• High energy level
• Ability to work 7 days per week including early mornings and late nights
• Good Knowledge of food items and beer, wine & cocktails
• Ready to start immediately
