SEEKING: Club Membership System Specialist – MiClub
MiClub, the leading technology provider to the golf industry, is expanding and we are looking to hire a new team member to join our Implementation and Support team located in either our Melbourne or Brisbane Office.
This position is for an energetic person with a passion for customer service and with technical skills to complement. The ideal person for this role will have experience in using membership and financial systems in a club environment and be a team player with strong communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage club membership system installations;
- Provide training and configuration for new/existing clients;
- Provide support for club management system installations;
- Answer incoming support telephone calls and emails;
- Resolve and escalate problems;
- Provide users with feedback;
- Provide input for customer service and product improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Understanding and knowledge of club membership practices;
- Knowledge of accounting practices, particularly in relation to membership accounts;
- Experience in the use of club membership and financial systems;
- General experience with software and technical support;
- High level interpersonal communications skills;
- High level oral and written communication skills;
- The ability to communicate with staff on a variety of levels;
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently.
Desirable:
- Golf club working experience;
- Knowledge of POS and Inventory software systems;
- SQL Server knowledge;
- PC hardware and software troubleshooting;
- Ability to liaise with developers.
The role will be based either at our Melbourne office (Seaford area) or Brisbane office (Hendra). There will be some weekend and after hours work required on a rostered basis.
Some intra & interstate travel is an inherent requirement of this role.
