SEEKING: Members Competition Starter – St. Michael’s Golf Club
St. Michael’s is looking for an enthusiastic person with an attention to detail to join our team.
The Starter will open the golf shop with the Professional 3 days a week and be responsible for the competition of the day.
The starter will be responsible for the starting of all competitions fields, the allocation of scorecards, local rules and PA announcements.
The position requires shift commencement from approx 6am – approx 1.30pm, and the days of the week are Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
A small amount of computer work, printing scorecards, collection of monies and bank reconciliation, announcements and monitoring of the starting times and groups teeing off.
The answering of phones, taking golf bookings and a small amount of retail fill in will be required.
