Callaway Golf Company creates products and services designed to make every golfer a better golfer.

Callaway Golf Company manufactures and sells golf clubs and golf balls, and sells golf accessories, under the Callaway Golf and Odyssey brands in more than 110 countries worldwide.

JOB OVERVIEW:

A key part of this role is to plan, develop and execute fitting strategy and programs for Callaway Golf South Pacific in communication with Callaway Golf Europe.

The role is also as a Fitting Technician who must conduct themselves as an ambassador for the Callaway Golf brands and deliver the highest standards of customer service to our account base and consumers alike.

Working with the Sales team and reporting to the Product Manager, this role requires a fitting expert who is passionate about fitting and customer excellence.

You will be responsible developing Fitting Strategy and processes as well as for custom fitting at our Melbourne Performance Centre and Mobile Fitting Days at Premium Callaway accounts around our region. This role will work closely with Technical and Training Representative to share Performance Centre and mobile fitting days.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • An individual who exudes enthusiasm for golf and golf products (ideally a player)
  • Proven experience in club fitting all standards of golfer
  • Have sound knowledge with popular fitting technologies (Trackman, FlightScope, GC2, SAM, Quintic etc.)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm & deal with conflict using key negotiating skills
  • Proven, confident presenter to audiences of all sizes & levels
  • Skilled in organising resources and establishing priorities
  • Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures
  • Advanced Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Full drivers licence

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Preferred: PGA Qualified
  • Extensive Fitting Experience
