EOI: Business Service Contractor – North Stradbroke Island Golf Club
The North Stradbroke Island Golf Club is a Par 70, 5258 metres, 9 hole golf course located five minutes from the township of Dunwich, on North Stradbroke Island. It’s in Moreton bay near Brisbane.
The course is a public golf course offering a wide range of playing times 7 days per week.
The club now wishes to engage the services of an independent contractor required to be domiciled on Stradbroke Island and to provide services for a minimum period of one (1) year with the option of a further year or by agreement of both parties. The commencement date is projected to be 1 April 2017.
The golf club is a membership-based community golf club which operates a competition and recreational golf course which incorporates a clubhouse and social facility with food and beverage operations, holding a Queensland Community Club Liquor License. The Club invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to express interest in the provision of all catering and daily management services for the club.
The club strives to increase the function business and will be promoting in the local community. The contractor will derive income from the revenue and profits generated by operating the Clubs hospitality services and functions, golf services and any other commercial activities permitted by the contract. All cooking and refrigeration equipment is provided.
