Moore Park Golf, located in central Sydney is managed by Clublinks Management Pty Ltd – a corporate and highly professional national organisation specialising in the management and administration of a variety of different businesses. Under Clublinks’ management, Moore Park Golf has thrived in recent times, growing substantially year-on-year and continuously enhancing it’s offering and improving its business performance.

Clublinks is now seeking applications for a Golf Operations Manager to lead a variety of areas and functions for this iconic golf complex. We are seeking an ambitious manager with a solid track record of leading high performing teams, has a demonstrated ability to create and execute sustainable commercial outcomes, whilst at the same time ensuring the customer experience remains the key driver towards success.

As our Golf Operations Manager for the site and reporting to the Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities will be focused on driving the operational performance of the team, ensuring business systems and processes are continually developed to peak performance and ensure the customer experience continues to be market leading. Your opportunity is to be an inspirational, opportunistic, motivating and high energy which will ensure Moore Park Golf continues to be a Public golf benchmark within the Australian market. A passionate and experienced operations manager, who has the ability to train, mentor, motivate and educate fellow team members;
Ambitious and results driven – you will have an appetite for driving change and seeking new ways in which to enhance the business and its operational performance;
Your will have the know-how to implement strategies to optimise the financial performance of the business;
You absolutely must be a customer focused leader, with an appreciation for what good service looks like;
You’ll have a positive attitude and be willing to turn your hand to a variety of challenges and different initiatives;
A focus on solutions is a must – every problem is an opportunity;
A detailed interest and understanding of golf market trends, technology and industry best practice.
