Arundel Hills Country Club (AHCC), is home to a Fred Bolton designed 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, renowned for its picturesque layout, carved out of established native Australian flora and fauna. Featuring a grand Heritage style clubhouse, tranquil lakes, and beautifully manicured gardens and grounds, AHCC plays host to nationally recognised country club facilities.
Centrally located on the Gold Coast just 65km from the Brisbane CBD, AHCC offers a suite of amenities including a well-stocked Golf Shop, driving range, elaborate locker rooms, meeting and functions rooms & an Al Fresco Restaurant & Bar.
Under New Ownership & Management since May 2016, over $580k of capital improvement projects have rejuvenated the club’s golf course and clubhouse operations.

Our Food & Beverage Supervisor will be charged with servicing our members, guests and public patrons with a “quality venue experience” at all times. Key Role
Be responsible for the successful deliver of the day to day AHCC clubhouse operations, relating to Food & Beverage service and the management of Casual F&B Staff. Provide a high standard of hospitality services to the Club’s members and guests, following the club’s policies & procedures at all times.
Core Expectations
- Communicate well with inter-management, providing valid feedback on performance and any other operational activities pertaining to F&B operations
- Carrying out the operational plan, procedures and policies and maintaining the effective day to day running of the F&B operations
- Take the lead with respect to meeting daily member and visitor needs or requests
- Daily cost control monitoring and stock management
