The Royal Sydney Golf Club is looking to recruit a permanent full-time Executive Assistant.

What will I be doing?
The successful candidate is expected to support the planning and implementation of required activities including General Committee, other Sub-Committee and Senior Management meetings, and provide quality operational and administrative support to the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.
The key tasks include:
- Day to day support to the GM, screening calls and emails, diary management, preparation for board meetings,
- Manage competing workflow demands of the GM and CFO, ensuring deadlines are achieved and quality of output is maintained,
- Strong stakeholder management,
- Advise the GM and CFO on the planning and implementation progress of key initiatives,
- Support the Club’s Committee’s; provide secretarial services at regular or special meetings,
- Participate actively and effectively in identifying process improvements in the Club,
- Provide support in arranging Committee meetings and coordinating the production of papers for such meetings and minutes as required,
- Work collaboratively with the Executive and Senior Management teams to complete shared tasks; establish credibility and effective relationships with a range of stakeholders,
- Maintain sensitivity to, and recognition of, confidential information,
- Prepare and provide AGM documents and minutes,
- Act as the first point of contact for the Office of the General Manager.

- Excellent written, organisational and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail,
- Minimal of 5 years Executive Assistant experience,
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects to competing deadlines,
- Work well under pressure.
