SEEKING: Facility Coordinator – City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder
The City is looking for a Coordinator to lead the Kalgoorlie Golf Course. This role though, isn’t about golf – it involves marketing, growth (membership/food and beverage/casual attendance), member satisfaction and retention, developing a great staff team and culture, community perception and branding, and most importantly it involves business improvement and the ability to research and implement numerous strategies to significantly improve all aspects of the business.
If you have previous leadership experience, or are in middle management and demonstrate outstanding leadership traits, this is a great opportunity to establish yourself in a management role at a world class recreation facility.
The successful candidate must demonstrate previous experience in business improvement, in any field, and provide evidence that through previous roles you both enjoy and have overcome challenges. If you have competitive traits and strive to be the best, then this is the role for you.
