SEEKING: Golf Supervisor – Gordon Golf Club
- Salary $74,628.84 – $86,569.60 p/a + super

Gordon Golf Course is nestled away on the upper North Shore of Sydney and features one of the most picturesque of any Sydney golf courses, with a challenging 18 Hole Par 65 layout. The course has the benefits of public access and an active Club on site, Gordon Golf Club.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a passionate and suitably qualified individual to join the Pro Shop as Golf Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee all operational functions of the Pro Shop including but not limited to:
- Responding to enquiries, applications and requests from current members
- Team supervision and rostering
- Overseeing the development and implementation of coaching programs
- Coordination of events and promotions
- Providing exceptional & consistent service to members and internal stakeholders
- Stock control, ordering and maintenance of golf assets
- Invoicing and receipting fees
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Knowledge of golf operations is a requirement of this position as is the ability to work collaboratively in a varied team environment.
To be considered for this role you will require relevant PGA qualifications coupled with front line golf industry experience. You will also have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills and a friendly and welcoming approach.
A current working with children clearance number is essential, as is experience coordinating and delivering unparalleled events.
This role will be required to work 35 hours per week as rostered, including evenings and weekends.
