SEEKING: Junior Support Analyst – Micropower

MSL Solutions has provided fully integrated business solutions to the hospitality industry for over 30 years and is the business driver behind some of the biggest clubs and venues in Australia. MSL is an international company with offices in Australia, the UK and Denmark. We provide all the essential management systems, including business intelligence, point of sale, financial and membership systems to deliver excellent governance and member engagement to over 600 clients. Our open software platform, allows clients to build agile business systems to meet the needs of their members throughout community, golf, marina & yacht, private, social and sporting clubs as well as restaurants, pubs, theme parks, stadiums and retirement living.

Due to growth in our product range and customers, we need an addition to the team to help with Support. The role will require someone competent in writing SQL queries, a tenacity to solve problems, likes coding and has the confidence to work with internal and external stakeholders constructively and professionally. You will mostly be involved in customer support but will have the opportunity to participate in product development. For the right person we can offer career progression through the company.

Role Description

  • Level 3 Support for our Applications
  • Mostly external Clients
  • Working from our Brisbane City office
  • Core Hours are 9am – 5pm (after hours work will be required from time to time)

  • HTML / CSS

 
Profile

  • Recent graduate in an IT related field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Passionate about Technology and familiar with Web technologies
