SEEKING: Food & Beverage Attendant – Sandwich hand – Royal Sydney
What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor your primary purpose is to provide a professional and outstanding experience for members and their guests. Shifts are primarily day shifts; flexibility in working hours is required.
Key tasks include:
- Preparation of sandwiches and basic sandwich ingredients
- Managing food stock and wastage
- Maintaining food hygiene standards
- Taking orders in a counter service environment and processing through a point of sale
- Preparation of hot & cold beverages
- Delivery of food and beverage
- General cleaning duties
What does the Club need from me?
- Working rights in Australia
- NSW RSA qualification
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a passion for excellence in customer service
- Well presented at all times as you will interact with members daily
- Ability to successfully work autonomously and in a team
- Display motivation, energy and drive
- Food Hygiene Certification (desirable)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (desirable)
- Barista experience (desirable)
