We have a fine dining restaurant, several other food & beverage outlets and multiple function rooms. Royal Sydney is renowned for international events in both golf and tennis, other facilities including a gymnasium with two swimming pools, bowling greens, croquet lawns and squash courts.

Your Role

The position involves all aspects of Front Desk Reception, including

• Accommodation enquires, performing both check-in and check-out services
• Proving exceptional service to members and guests with a very broad range of enquires and requests.
• Answering telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensuring a smooth running Front Desk and striving to exceed member and guest expectations.

 
Successful Candidate Will:

• Demonstrate a passion for customer service
• Have excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
• Have advanced computer skills including word, excel and outlook programs.
• Have customer service and front desk experience
• Be available to work rotating hours this includes morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidays.
