SEEKING: Golf Service Manager – Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club
This is an exciting opportunity to join the management team at Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club – consistently rated as one of the top golf courses in New Zealand and featuring in the Top 100 Links Courses in the world.
The Golf Services Manager is the ‘go to’ person for managing and coordinating golf for members and visitors at this famous course. Key responsibilities are:
- Planning and managing the golfing experience for members and visitors to achieve the best possible levels of satisfaction.
- Marketing and promoting the club, its services and products to achieve targeted rounds of golf and sales targets.
- Managing the administration of golf, including tee bookings, registrations, payments and related activities.
- Establishing a welcoming culture in the club and in the golf shop, and maintaining a close working relationship with member committees.
The successful person for this job will be strongly customer focused, good with systems and organisation, with a strong marketing orientation. Knowledge of golf administration would be an advantage, as would be skills, experience or training in Sports Management, Retail or Hospitality Management.
