As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be charged with delivering to our residents, members, guests and public patrons a welcoming and friendly venue experience. You will exhibit exemplary customer service and leadership qualities, ensuring your team enjoys a approachable and positive working environment, where an ethos of productivity and job satisfaction go hand in hand.

Responsible for the daily delivery of clubhouse operations, you will manage a small team of casual staff and be well supported by your Food & Beverage Manager, and wider executive team.

Some of the role’s core expectations include;

• Uphold the club’s operational plan, procedures and policies and maintain effective day to day running of the F&B operations
• Take the lead regarding member, resident and visitor needs or requests
• Daily cost control monitoring and stock management
• Train and mentor junior staff
