Our Communities team provides Owners Corporation and Strata management services to master-planned residential estates in Victoria and NSW. Our master planned residential clients range from those with a single plan of subdivision to resorts with multiple plans. We are professional members of the industry body, Strata Community Australia, with corporate and individual memberships.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified Manager to join the team,  responsibilities will include:

  • Portfolio Management
  • Strata Management – compliance & community representation
  • Annual and General meeting management and associated secretarial tasks
  • Financial management  including budgeting and ensuring levies recovered
  • Correspondence – creation and record management
  • Conflict management and dispute resolution
  • Insurance – management and quotes
  • Smart webs software application support and promotion

 
Successful candidates will:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years owners corporation / strata management experience
  • Hold a certificate of registration with Strata and Community Management
  • Possess a current strata managing agent license or be working towards this
  • Adopt a proactive, innovative, outcome focussed approach, bringing energy into the workplace
  • Have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Be competent in managing a variety of complex tasks and functions
  • Pride themselves on their attention to detail and
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team and independently.

 
This role will be based from our Bingara Gorge site and require regular interstate travel.
