Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club is the only private golf course located on the Central Coast of New South Wales, boasting magnificent ocean views from the front 9 holes with the back 9 holes adjacent to the rainforest and National Parks
Currently ranked No 24 in Australia by Golf Digest, the Ross Watson designed links course is set amongst some of the most inspiring and unspoilt surroundings on a pristine peninsular between Tuggerah Lake and the Pacific Ocean.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a dedicated Golf Shop Assistant to work within the retail services and golf operations at the club. The successful applicant must be enthusiastic, have a strong work ethic and a high attention to detail.
You have a passion for golf and will bring a fantastic work ethic to the role along with your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with members. You will also have exceptional organisational and time management skills as well as a can-do attitude.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the role will be responsible for a wide range of duties delivering a high level of customer service across the business.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate stock ordering.
- Merchandising.
- General Pro Shop duties and equipment sales.
- Provide high level customer service.
- Collection of the clubs competition & green fees.
- Assist with corporate events.
Desirable Criteria:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Computer Skills.
- Time Management Skills
- Flexible working hours to work on any day of the week and be available to work opening and closing shifts
- Must be team orientated.
