WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE JOB?

  • Accountable for opening and closing the Pro Shop, including completion starting
  • Managing and rostering a small team of employees
  • Responsible for end of shift procedures including reconciliation all monies taken
  • Weekly marketing of feature products, including demo days
  • Assisting customers in choosing from our extensive product range
  • Stock control and ordering customer products
  • Merchandising, pricing and maintaining the showroom
  • Manage cart and golf bookings to optimise returns
  • Maintain the POS system inputs and outputs ensuring a high level of integrity
  • Manage lesson bookings for all teaching staff
  • Training from industry experts on equipment fitting

 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Proven experience managing a retail business
  • A passion for exceptional service and sales
  • Some flexibility with shifts to cover staff when on leave, generally Mon to Fri, some weekend and public holiday work in peak times
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to provide leadership, training and team development
  • Experience in cash handling and reconciling.
  • Knowledge of Micropower and MYOB Retail manager desired.
  • A love of golf appreciated but not necessary!
