Brookwater Golf & Country Club is Queensland’s Number One Public Access Golf Course located in the City of Greater Springfield. The Greg Norman-designed championship golf course offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for dynamic Golf Operations staff to join our team.

We are looking to hire multiple full-time golf shop/outside service assistants to perform within our golf operations.

Applicants must be able to deliver a high level of member and customer service. The roles require individuals who have a background in golf and golf operations.  You will work closely with the Golf Operations Manager.

The role will include all Operation duties and the successful candidate will have a passion for golf and boast the following attributes:

The successful applicant will be selected on the following criteria:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Golf, operating systems and POS
• Excellent organisational skills
• A friendly and positive attitude and well presented

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in the setup and execution of the Day-To-Day operations.
• Have a good understanding of all Golf Operational areas (Bag Drop/Concierge, Driving Range, Golf Shop, Cart Shed, On-Course and Staging).
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash-down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Superior customer service
• Assist in the running of competitions, corporate golf days, and member events
• All other duties (related to Golf Operations) are instructed by the Golf Operations Manager.

Flexibility is required with working hours and weekend work will apply.  Entitlements to play golf will be provided.
