SEEKING: Assistant Professional – Morack Public GC (VIC)
Located in Vermont South, Morack Public Golf Course and Driving Range is 25 kilometers directly east of Melbourne and is only two minutes from Eastlink. This highly regarded golf destination in the Outer east of Melbourne boasts an 18 hole public golf course, 20 bay driving range which includes 2 teaching bays, 15 undercover bays and 3 outdoor bays. With around 100,000 people visiting Morack per annum, the facility will embark on a major re development in coming years ($8.5million dollars) including a new mini golf and new clubhouse.
Morack seeks the services of a PGA Golf Professional to join the team on a part time basis.
Shop hours will be split over 2 or 3 days assisting the Venue Manager in daily operations, with a further 2 days teaching. Regular weekend work is a requirement of this role.
Under the direct control of the Venue Manger, the role provides an exciting opportunity for growth in future years and an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a successful organisation who is a proven industry leader.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
• Be well presented, friendly and Professional
• Certified PGA Professional, Advanced in Coaching
• Knowledge of MI Club software and have sound computer skills
• A flexible, can do attitude
