Air Adventure Golf Win Gold At The Tasmanian Tourism Awards

POSTED ON November 9, 2022 @ 6:46 pm

Victorian based tour operator Air Adventure Golf has won Gold for Best Tour and Transport Operator at the 2022 Tasmanian Tourism Awards.

As best in class across the entire Tasmanian travel industry, this places Air Adventure as the leading operator for Tasmanian golf trips. No other golf operator was nominated as a finalist.

Air Adventure Golf are Tasmanian golf specialists with 100% focus on King Island and Barnbougle. Led by Jon Perrett who grew up in the golf industry with his father designing golf courses around the world with Peter Thomson.

Air Adventure Golf combines years of experience organising tours and transporting golfers, by private aircraft, quickly and seamlessly to four of the best coastal courses on the

planet across the strait in Tassie. Golfers land right at the heart of the action, ready to tee off- less time lost in transit and lengthy queues.

Air Adventure’s $3 million Swiss built Pilatus PC12’s are the best state of the art private aircraft operating in the Australian golf industry. All their pilots are high time commercial captains, with decades of experience and combined flying time of over 30,000 hrs between them.

Jon Perrett, General Manager says “It is extremely rewarding and humbling that the judges of the Tasmanian Tourism Awards, have recognised Air Adventure as the leading tour and transport operator in Tasmania.

We hope this gives golfers added confidence to trust Air Adventure Golf to deliver the ultimate golfing experience.”
