Royal Perth Golf Club has released a September 2026 progress update detailing Stage 3 of its ongoing course transformation. The update documents post-earthworks, course shaping, green adjustments, and tee developments as the project moves toward a scheduled opening in early 2027.

The redevelopment represents the final phase of the club’s three-stage master plan, focusing on structural and architectural updates across the property.

The latest update outlines structural work, green shaping, tee modifications, and bunkering across multiple holes:

Hole 5 (Par 4): Green complex shaping completed.
Hole 6 (Par 3): Construction of a new hole layout, featuring dedicated native vegetation areas and carries scheduled for planting in 2027.
Hole 7 (Par 5): Updated tee complex and bunkering adjustments, with native planting planned for 2027.
Hole 9 (Par 4): Redesigned hole layout featuring dedicated native planting zones.
Hole 10 (Par 4): Integration of a new hole layout alongside native vegetation corridors.
Hole 11 (Par 4): New hole shaping and surrounding native planting zones.
Hole 12 (Par 4): Revised tee complex work on what was previously designated as Hole 13.
Hole 14 (Par 4): Completely redesigned hole layout incorporating native planting zones.
Hole 15 (Par 3): Construction of a new hole layout featuring a new 16th tee complex situated to the left of the green, alongside surrounding vegetation carry zones.
Hole 17 (Par 4): Green complex work and bunkering profiles finalized.
