Golf & Surf Resort approved for Parkwood Village (Qld)
Breaking news: After a couple of years of planning, the Development Approval has passed for the all-new and exciting Golf & Surf Resort at Parkwood Village.
The approval will see the site transformed into a world-class, mixed-use precinct with an integrated golf and surf village. The project, which will be anchored by the Gold Coast’s first surf park, will also include a massive upgrade to the 18-hole golf course, as well as residential, hotel, retail, medical, entertainment and dining facilities.
