IMG to manage new golf club in Pattaya, Thailand
IMG the global leader in sports, events, media and fashion has signed an agreement with Chartered Square Holding Company Limited, one of Thailand’s leading corporations to manage The Master Golf Resort, located in the vibrant golf market of Pattaya, Thailand.
Destined to become one of Thailand’s premier golf clubs, The Master Golf Resort, located in Silverlake, is only a short 30 minute drive from downtown Pattaya and is slated to open for play in December next year. Currently under construction, the 18 hole, Par 72 layout is set on a stunning 100 ha site overlooking the Khao Chee Chan Buddha that has been laser cut into the cliff-side of an adjoining mountain which is visible from every hole on the golf course. Designed by Golfplan the course is being built to championship specifications and will be capable of hosting International sanctioned tournaments. The property will also feature a stunning full service clubhouse that will provide panoramic views of the golf course.
