MSL Solutions announced this week the acquisition of UK-based hospitality software solutions provider Verteda.

The purchase now gives MSL Solutions a strong foothold into the lucrative UK market with significant opportunities for growth in the entertainment, hospitality and stadia sector.

The Directors and shareholders of Verteda Holdings Limited (of which Verteda Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary) have agreed to an entire share purchase by MSL Solutions. Verteda Limited will continue to trade in its own name and the larger group of which it now forms part, has the advantage to extend its broader suite of integrated solutions to our customers across wider regions.

Verteda has been a provider of innovative hospitality software solutions and services, as well as a reseller of Agilysys’ InfoGenesis POS and Eatec Inventory Solutions to the UK and European regions since 2005. Their existing customer base reads like a who’s who of market leaders across Sports and Entertainment venues, restaurant chains and food service partners and plays a leadership role for this specialised sector.

The product and market alliances shared with MSL Solutions, and particularly their InfoGenesis clients, will benefit existing and new clients as we can take advantage of both business’ deep experience in varied aspects of mission critical point of sale food and beverage service operations.

Introducing Verteda to MSL’s growing list of solution brands, provides an opportunity to extend Verteda’s broader suite of integrated solutions including; workforce management, queue management, loyalty payment and promotions solutions across wider regions. While also opening market opportunities for MSL solutions’ MPower product suite including; Virtual Manager Membership, MPower Golf Solutions and MPower Analytics in the UK and European regions.

The Verteda business has a strong track record in delivering EBITDA profits and growth from their UK customer base. In their prior financial year to 31 March 2016 Verteda reported an audited EBITDA profit of GBP1,077,492.

We are delighted to announce the existing Verteda executive team, led by Managing Director Adrian Burns, will remain in place driving growth in the UK and surrounding markets. For more details, refer www.verteda.com
