Nominations Open for 2026 NSW Golf Industry Awards
Nominations have officially opened for the 2026 NSW Golf Industry Awards, which will recognise standout clubs, facilities, volunteers, and players from across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
Event Details and Location
The presentation ceremony will take place on Monday, October 19, 2026. The event will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Shangri-La Sydney, located in the Rocks district.
Participating Organisations and Categories
The event brings together six representative bodies across the region:
- Golf NSW
- PGA of Australia (NSW/ACT)
- Jack Newton Junior Golf
- Golf Management Australia (NSW)
- NSW Golf Course Superintendents Association
- WPGA
Golf NSW will present seven awards during the evening.
Nominations are open to the public for four categories:
- Club of the Year – Metropolitan
- Club of the Year – Country
- Facility of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year
A dedicated nominations panel will select the winners for the remaining three categories:
- Player of the Year – Amateur (Male)
- Player of the Year – Amateur (Female)
- Services to Golf in NSW
Submission Process and Key Dates
Golf NSW is encouraging clubs, facilities, regions, and individuals to submit nominations highlighting contributions and achievements over the past year. Nominators must review the specific criteria for each award category prior to submission.
