Parkwood Village, Home of the Gold Coast Titans, is seeking a dynamic & passionate Cafe Manager to run our Village Lane Café operations.

Village Lane is one of the Gold Coast newest dinning destinations, it has over 10 unique dining options set in very different areas all designed around our central Village lane and Village lane cafe.

• Parkwood Village weddings & Special events
• Q Scan
• All sports physiotherapy
• Jummps trampoline centre
• inside out health club
• elemental hot yoga
• Pindara medical suites
• Lane ropes swim school.

each with a collective number of 250 staff plus an annual rate of 800000 visitors to the property.

As Cafe manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and day to day operation of the Village Lane Cafe.

Using your experience, you will maximize the cafes profitability through high quality service, coffee and food offerings.

Your personality will shine through and be infectious for staff and customers alike.

You will ensure that the deli cabinet remains varied, fresh and on trend catering to a wide range of customers.

You will ensure the standard of our coffee offering from supreme roasters remains as an industry leader and train staff around you to deliver consistent coffee

The ordering and replenishing of consumables will also fall under your umbrella as well as assisting with the food till and in the bar during busy lunch periods.

Suitable applicants must possess;

• Five years’ experience in a high-volume face paced cafe

• excellent barista skills
• A passion for food and the ability to write menu selections working closely with the chefs
• have an eye on detail and high quality of presentation for both F&B offerings and cafe set up and decor
• be a natural leader and strong communicator.
• Ability to work Wednesday – Sunday, 7am – required including public holidays
