SEEKING: Food & Beverage Supervisor – Golf Central BNE

Golf Central is a state of the art Golf Entertainment centre that has quickly become renowned for its amazing facilities, food quality, location, presentation and service levels. To cater for our growing hospitality business, we are seeking the assistance of a passionate food and beverage expert to fill the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor.

This full-time position requires the hands on operation of our Café and Bar facility. The successful candidate will possess a passion for delivering consistently high levels of service and presentation of our facility. You will also be well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as having exceptional time management skills. The ideal candidate will have barista training and experience.

This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your passion for customer service, provide leadership and utilise your organisation skills.

To be successful you will:

  • Hold a current Qld RSA and current Drivers Licence.
  • RMLV certificate is highly desirable as is Barista skills.
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within the Hospitality Industry.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, with an enthusiastic eye for detail.
  • Be committed to deliver exceptional customer service. Exceeding our customers’ expectations and driving the same standard of service in our team.
  • Experience and skill for resolution of conflict with both patrons and staff.
  • Good time management skills.
  • High standard of personal presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct on the job training and be willing to lead and motivate the team.
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster, Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Have POS experience (inc entering stocktake).
  • Assist with rostering and managing manpower requirements on a day to day basis.
  • Processing of orders and invoicing.
  • Have a knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements.
  • Be computer literate.
