SEEKING: Full Time Chef – Parkwood International Golf Course

Parkwood International, Home of the Gold Coast Titans, is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar development and upgrade to existing facilities which will include a brand new high volume pizzeria and grill as well as the addition of a sports medical precinct and the Gold Coast Titans administrational building and high performance gym.

Our new (currently under construction) market place needs a talented, high preforming and passionate chef to deliver high quality food and work seamlessly with our Sous Chef.

Your key responsibilities will be;

  • The day to day operational delivery of the kitchen operations reporting directly to the sous & executive chef
  • Have a hand in filling out daily HACCP paperwork, prep and ordering lists
  • Responsible for the general upkeep of kitchen and equipment, including reporting of any maintenance issues
  • input into menu design and implementation
  • Stick to timeframes and company standards

 
Applicants must possess;

  • Extensive experience in steak and grill style restaurants with a thorough understanding of steak products & cooking process
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in a similar restaurant
  • Absolute passion for quality food & cooking
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate with our team of friendly, outgoing professionals
  • Have a high work ethic with the ability to work autonomously
